Dartmouth Settles Lawsuit Stemming From Student's Skiing Death

Dartmouth College has settled a wrongful-death lawsuit filed by the parents of a student who died after a skiing accident at the Dartmouth Skiway in 2004. According to the Associated Press, the terms of the settlement were not disclosed, with one of the parents of Christina M. Porter saying only that the dispute had been "settled amicably."
