Fox 10 News reports that a fatal tanker truck rollover accident closed both directions of travel on the I-17 highway in Phoenix, Arizona. The Arizona Department of Public Safety confirms that a tanker truck rolled over on the Interstate 17 highway in north phoenix spilling hundreds of gallons of oil on the roadway and killing the driver. The driver is believed to have slammed into the median then careening out of control. Due to the circumstances of the crash DPS suspects that driver fatigue may have been a factor in causing this accident.
