This excellent brief documentary exposes the all too common realities of insurance companies putting profits first and abusing claimants and their insured.  This short film tells the story of 83 year old Kay Shea who was catastrophically injured in a head on collision. The other driver had paid for ample insurance coverage, but the insurance companies refuse to accept responsibility instead hoping that Kay would die before the case is concluded.

Unfortunately, this appalling conduct is not an isolated incident.  This is business as usual for the insurance industry.
